Mrs Rebecca Richardson – Deputy Headteacher, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Sky 1 class teacher
I began my teaching career working in a large multicultural primary school in Aylesbury where I taught across years 1,2 and 3 for seven years. At the end of the 2011-2012 academic year I knew that I need a different challenge and was delighted to become a member of the St Mary’s community. I feel extremely fortunate to be able to teach in such a caring, exciting and community centred school. At St Mary’s the children are provided with wonderful learning opportunities so that they can fulfil their true potential.

Mrs Karen Collett – Headteacher
I have been in the teaching profession for over fifteen years now, starting my career in Tottenham, London, then teaching overseas in Turkey. Ten years ago I returned to my home county of Buckinghamshire where, prior to Haddenham St Mary’s I worked at an infant school in Prestwood and then a large combined school in Aylesbury. I feel so lucky to be leading Haddenham St Mary’s. Not only is it, in my opinion the most beautiful school in the county but I am lucky to have such a dedicated and hard working staff and strong team of governors. I very much enjoy being part of the village community, of which I feel the school is an integral part. Last but not least is our wonderful children for whom I feel deserve the very best as their education is not a rehearsal and for them I will endeavour to ensure that their school ‘sparkles’ in every way!
