Jon Smith – Co-opted Governor

All three of our daughters went to St Mary’s. They were very happy there and it was a great start to their education. We live close by and it still makes me smile to hear the children in the playground. I have spent most of my career working for Oxford Open Learning which provides distance-learning GCSE and A Level courses, mainly for adults who missed out on part of their schooling. Although the students and the curriculum are very different from St Mary’s it is surprising how many similarities there are.
